1. By opting in to this Offer, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
2. The offer is restricted to one account per customer;

5. The competition will start at the end of the seminar and will run for 30 minutes only
6. All demo accounts will have an initial balance of $10,000 and any previous trading history will not be counted in the competition
7. At the end of the competition, any open positions will be automatically closed by One Financial Markets at the prevailing prices at that time
8. The demo account holder with the largest account balance at the end of the competition period will win an account with 1000$ trading credit.
9. Trading credit applied to your new live trading account is for trading purposes only. The trading credit cannot be withdrawn at any time.
10. Where not specifically covered herein, the relevant One Financial Markets’ Client Agreement will apply where appropriate
11.If you accept the offer you should make your own assessment about the suitability of trading in One Financial Markets’ products;
12. If we suspect that you have abused or attempted to abuse this promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny, withhold or withdraw the credit and if necessary, to cancel any Terms and Conditions with respect to this Offer and your account, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to the service and/or suspend your account;
